I am currently reading Failing Forward by John C. Maxwell.  He talks about an email he received from a friend with the story “City of Regret”.  I really liked the story and below is the YouTube video of me reading the passage. It reminded me that I have to be the one to make the changes and put in the hard work.  I can have a support group and cheerleaders but they can’t do the hard work for me.  Only I can stop giving my self guilt trips and throwing pity parties. A short blog today but a very important one and somethings that I have to continue to remind myself of.
